Entrance Way

This is an entrance of the house. So it is usually a relatively large space.

In Japan, one almost always steps up into the house from the entrance area. I think it makes it easier for us to come in when we take off our shoes.

These two-door-set is popular now in Japan. One door is so narrow. We don't use so much, but when we put furnitures in, we use this door with a big one.
